2.  FSBO and MLS Listing

        assistance with contract available at extra cost 

With this listing the Seller is directly involved with the details of the contract.

3. FULL MLS LISTING
If you rather have everything handled for you from start to end we can do that too at a reduced rate as well.  You pay only 5% total commission, this includes the buyer agent's commission.
